issue 4f, 5f, 7f, 8f and 16f tied by First Flight 'HARBIN' comm. Cancellation in blue, adjacent
with 'HAKATA/JAPAN/4.11.32' arrival cds. On reverse with 'FUKUOKA/5.11.32' transit,
returned to sender and tied by 'FUKUOKA/9.11.32' cds and 'MO?/JAPAN/9.11.32' cds. With
